Organ, Tissue, and Eye Donation

Steps to become an organ, tissue, and eye donor.

  • Register online to become a donor by visiting www.donatelifegeorgia.org if you are a Georgia resident. If you are not a Georgia resident, please select your state from the list below.
  • Once you have registered, make your family aware of your decision to become a donor and sign a family notification card.
  • If you sign up online you should still indicate your decision to become an organ donor on your driver's license when you renew or apply for it. If you have already indicated your decision on your driver's license, you should still update your information online.
